TeamSnap ONE - New for 2026 Season
Each member will need to download and use the all-new TeamSnap ONE mobile app to join their team.
This season, we are using TeamSnap ONE – TeamSnap's new platform – to communicate, share schedules, and provide live streaming to our families.
TeamSnap ONE has some exciting new features, including:
- New, unified schedule: Easily see all upcoming practices and games – and for those with multiple kids in our program, your schedules are consolidated into one place.
- Enhanced communications: Next-generation chat functionality with enhanced features – including the ability to create polls for important decisions (like where the team party is going to be).
- Cleaner, easier-to-use design: A more intuitive interface that's easy to navigate.
- Live streaming: No one misses a game. Live streaming is free for all teams using TeamSnap ONE.
High School Teams: You Must Add Your Player as a Contact
In order for the player to be invited to the team and receive communications, notifications, see schedules, chat, etc. the player MUST be added/invited as a CONTACT.
TeamSnap ONE Resources
Keep connected to your team(s). Get schedules and team updates for every athlete in the house, plus a way to message other members on your team and a way to give coaches a heads up about practice.
Parents and athletes need to manage their TeamSnap ONE accounts to ensure they get the most out of their Waunakee Girls Lacrosse experience during each sporting season. With their accounts properly configured, athletes and their families will receive communications according to their preferences. Only those contacts added via the registration process will receive an invite to join the team within TeamSnap ONE. You can invite/add additional family members to the team via the app or the website.
